- Account information such as email, password hash, language preference and account status.
- Reading inputs you choose to submit, including birth data, locations, tarot spreads, cards and questions.
- Jibi balances, ledger entries and transaction details needed to provide digital credits. Payment providers may process payment data; we do not store full card numbers.
- Necessary session, security-token, anonymous-trial, log and error information.
2. How we use information
We use information to create and secure accounts, generate and save readings, show reports, send verification or service emails, process Jibi, answer support requests, prevent abuse and improve reliability. We do not sell your birth data or readings to advertisers.
3. AI and service providers
Reading-related information may be sent to the AI model provider used to generate your requested reading. We aim to send only what generation requires and do not send your password. Email, payment, hosting and infrastructure providers may process necessary data for their assigned services.
4. Retention and deletion
We retain account and reading data while needed to provide the service, resolve disputes or meet legal duties. You may request account and data deletion by contacting us; legally required security, accounting or audit records may need to remain.
5. Security
We use password hashing, session controls, CSRF checks, access controls and appropriate logging. No online system is absolutely secure. Contact us promptly if you notice unusual account activity.
6. Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion of your account information, or stop using the service. Some information is necessary for account and reading functions. Privacy requests can be sent to support@aizeji.com.
7. Updates
We may update this policy as our processing, service or legal obligations change. The updated date will be shown on this page.
